Privacy for Trip Enquiries

When you submit a trip enquiry, the email address and essential trip details you enter are sent to Japan, Personally by email through FormSubmit, our form-delivery service. FormSubmit temporarily processes and retains submissions for up to 30 days. This website does not keep a separate copy or ask for your name, phone number, passport details or payment information. We receive the enquiry at samuel.productlab@gmail.com and may retain the email in our inbox while responding to it.

This website does not currently use an account system, analytics tracker or advertising tracker. Cloudflare provides the website hosting and may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site under its own policies.

Please do not submit passport numbers, payment details, health information or other sensitive data. To ask about or request deletion of an enquiry received by email, contact samuel.productlab@gmail.com. Do not rely on this MVP for urgent requests.

This site does not make reservations or collect payments. Any next steps will be discussed by email first.
